Minnesota Majority Report Special Edition Featuring Lord Christopher Monckton
|
Minnesota Majority Report
We’re launching a new video series called the Minnesota Majority Report. Each installment will be around 10 minutes, featuring an in-depth discussion of the most pressing issues facing Minnesota and the nation. Sue Jeffers and Drew Emmer are the program’s hosts.
A look at election issues with Jeff Davis was planned as the first installment, but an opportunity to interview Lord Chirstopher Monckton on climate change reality arose and we had to jump. This is part one of a special multi-part edition of the Minnesota Majority Report. The election episode will be posted soon.
What Lord Monckton has to say about climate change, cap and trade and the Copenhagen treaty expected to be signed in just a couple months is profoundly important. Don’t miss this series of videos. America’s future may be on the line.

Lord Christopher Monckton ia a Fraud |

The scientific understanding of climate change is now sufficiently clear to justify nations taking prompt action. It is vital that all nations identify cost-effective steps that they can take now, to contribute to substantial and long-term reduction in net global greenhouse gas emissions. —Joint Statement by the Science Academies of 11 Nations , June 7, 2005

The redistribution of wealth mentioned in this treaty will do nothing to stop pollution, only create more in 3rd world countries. It will cede US sovereignty to the UN and it is a violation of the U.S. 10th Amendment. The Science Academies of 11 Nations can cram their Global Socialist agenda up their elite Al hole. Spread the word everyone! This will end your freedom. |

Jack says, "The scientific understanding of climate change is now sufficiently clear to justify nations taking prompt action."
Maybe he could explain that to these IPCC scientists:
Warming fears are the “worst scientific scandal in the history…When people come to know what the truth is, they will feel deceived by science and scientists.” - UN IPCC Japanese Scientist Dr. Kiminori Itoh
"Our ignorance about the climate system is enormous, and policy makers need to know that. This is an extremely complex system, and thinking we can control it is hubris." [THIS is the most important fact of the whole issue] -- Dr. John R. Christy, a UN IPCC lead author; Professor of Atmospheric Science.
“One of the things the scientific community is pretty agreed on is those things will have virtually no impact on climate no matter what the models say. So the question is do you spend trillions of dollars to have no impact? And that seems like a nobrainer.”-- Richard Lindzen, Alfed P. Sloan Professor of Meteorology, MIT; UN IPCC.

There is no climate warming caused by man,but we are entering an ice age. There has been no global warming on the earth for 10 years but al gore and the government are going to use this as a bogus carbon tax, to steal your money away from you. Next, they are going to try to pass the net neutrality bill, so government can monitor chat sites and whatever on the internet, so obama can be re-elected, which he believes he can be. It has nothing to do with content, free trade, or anything else. But if obama says it, he knows his supporters will believe it.
Wake up and open your eyes, see what you really have in the White House who is trying to change america and take your rights away from you, as rahm emanuel says, more or less , one by one. We have the radical 60s brats in power! I doubt any of them ever started a business from the ground up and know even less about it than you do. |

I see, some nutjob Freddy can float a conspiracy of communism, but real opinion is squashed without consideration of the opinion.
Calling Monckton a fraud is supported by thousands of scientists who have steadfastly maintained the facts of man made climate interference.
That you cherry pick some detractors has no merit, when the actual majority has proven the facts as the vast majority deem it to be.
Muffle me, it's your perogative, but I'm out here anyway.

| It does start to get boring explaining the same things over and over again, so please just spend some time over at http://www.globalclimatescam.com to get educated. 50 IPCC scientists (who were disagreed with by 54 IPCC scientists but you won't hear about that) say man-caused global warming is a real problem. Over 31,000 scientists from around the world refute the IPCC claims. Consensus isn't science of course - it's politics but you have it backwards anyway. |

Try using fact check, or going to the IPCC yourself before you act pretentious about an issue you are wrong.
http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/gop_candidates_debate_round_2.html
we find that an overwhelming majority of the scientific community agrees that global warming is taking place and that human activity is predominantly to blame. Most recently the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), overseen jointly by the United Nations Environment Programme and the World Meteorological Organization, released a report representing the work of 600 authors from 40 countries and 113 government representatives, saying:
IPCC: The primary source of the increased atmospheric concentration of carbon dioxide since the pre-industrial period results from fossil fuel use, with land-use change providing another significant but smaller contribution.

KEEP US OUT OF COPENHAGEN TREATY – REJECT CAP & TRADE – SAVE THE US
This December at Copenhagen the President Obama is scheduled to sign a comprehensive treaty that, according to Lord Christopher Monckton, will create the foundation of a world government and cede United States Sovereignty to this new UN body.
Watch for yourself: http://bit.ly/1yqsSw
HAVE YOU SPOKEN UP TO STOP THIS?
Are you aware that the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) MODELS FOR GLOBAL WARMING HAVE BEEN DISPROVEN?
Based upon peer-reviewed research by MIT Professor Richard Lindzen, CARBON DIOXIDE IS IRRELAVANT IN THE CLIMATE DEBATE – Read Here: http://bit.ly/3UWI9p

YOU are one of our elected representatives. YOU have taken an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. One such enemy is PHONY SCIENCE.
Our troops risk their lives each day to live up to their oath to the Constitution. Are you now ready to speak up against the end of United States sovereignty in the name of PHONY SCIENCE?

The Facts About Global Warming
1.Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is not a pollutant. CO2 is necessary for life on earth. Nothing would be green without it. Vegetation thrives on increased levels of CO2. CO2 amounts to approximately 0.04% [1] of the Earth’s atmosphere. Likewise, mankind’s contributions to annual atmospheric carbon dioxide emissions are tiny. 97% of the CO2 released into the air is from natural sources. Mankind is thus responsible for 3% of the 0.04% of the atmosphere that’s comprised of carbon dioxide (0.001% of the atmosphere). As a greenhouse gas, CO2 is a weak agent. The most powerful contributor to the greenhouse effect is water vapor, which is responsible for 95% of the Earth’s greenhouse effect [2].
2.The Climate Changes. The Earth has constantly gone through periods of warming and cooling. The recent warming trend (which has now reversed – average world temperatures have been falling for the last decade) is not outside the natural variation that’s been observed in the geologic record. Mankind had nothing to do with the onset or end of any of the numerous past ice ages or warm periods.
3.Garbage in, Garbage Out. Computer models used by UN IPCC scientists that project catastrophic global warming are based on flawed inputs. The models assume that when average global temperatures are rising, less solar radiation is escaping from the Earth’s atmosphere. A new study by MIT climate scientist Richard Lindzen, using 15 years of data collected from an orbiting satellite found that the exact opposite is true [3].
4.Consensus. Science isn’t determined by consensus. Consensus is a mechanism of politics. We always hear that the debate is over, the science is settled and the scientific consensus is that we are facing a manmade global warming crisis. It’s a lie. The United Nations International Panel on Climate Change consists of hundreds of bureaucrats and only a handful of scientists. Only 50 IPCC scientists were responsible for the reports claiming catastrophic climate change is around the corner. 54 IPCC scientists dissented, but their remarks were excluded from the reports. Over 31,000 scientists from around the world, each holding a bachelor’s or higher degree (over 9,000 PhDs) have now signed a document stating that global warming is not a serious concern [4]. There is a consensus, but it’s not what we’ve been told.
5.Global Warming “Solutions” Will Harm, not Help. Supporters of cap and trade schemes claim that 100 years after implementing a cap and trade scheme, the Earth will warm 1/10th of a degree less than it otherwise would. This completely insignificant objective will cost the average American family thousands of dollars each year in increased energy costs. Middle and low income families will be hardest-hit.

Where were you people when Bush was tearing apart our constitution, while backing these same ideas? It was Republicans who changed the term from global warming to climate change. It was our very own Pentagon during the Bush years, that released a report that the consequences of climate change represented the single greatest threat to our country (even more than Terrorism). One must the be willing to strive for an objective perspective of the facts, if you hope to truly understand any particular issue. Unfortunately, most of us hold steadfastly to a narrow perspective, anchored to a particular set of views that prevent us from seeing the bigger picture and being open to the facts: wherever the conclusions may lead us.
We are divided by issues that will have very little bearing on the long term trajectory of our country and world, while those of fundamental importance are continually ignored.

| Hey everyone get your head out of the sand. The earth has been warming up for millions of years. We had and ice age and it has been melting ever since. Maybe we have attributed to it some but nature is taking its course just as life does. We live on a living planet and it takes care of itself, from dinasaurs to us it is an ever changing world. If our time is coming it is just natures way. |

marla, Why are you referring to pseudoscience, rebuked by NASA, The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association, The National Climatic Data Center and the IPCC (which has shown itself a wholly competent reviewer of scientific data.
Dan tried to use the IPCC to rebuke global warming, but a quick review of the IPCC for yourself will confirm he is mistaken. In fact the mistake is so large, it makes the claim Dan is either playing stupid or lying. |

Why is there ample eveidence that the climate is warming?
Why do sceintists who review the data agree? (IPCC)
http://www.ipcc.ch/graphics/speeches/sp-31st-bali-chairman-rkp.pdf Here is a speech by the head of the IPCC asserting the Copenhagen Protocol will be ratified.
Some people think they are "master auditor" of data and have the ability to approve of sceintific data. Yet, it is absolutely the job of the IPCC to do just that, and it is of high esteem and credibility. Others who claim such designation are unknowns and of useless credibility and likely liars. |

John, by labeling that way you open yourself up to being that which you label.
So, if I'm as you state, then that means when someone, whom does not know another, claims that the other follows some agenda, and thus a brown noser, logically implies that the one with the claim is following an agenda and therefore is a brown noser.
Logic you will undoubtedly be unable to understand.
As to DAN,
Your petition is dubious. I goggled a few names. The first shows up within a context of Seventh Day Adventists, whose claim to fame includes this denial. The group wants man to control the earth for its riches, because God gave man responsibility over the Earth. I chose the word responsibility. It is to garner the possibility that they've not considered what full meaning God's plan for man's ownership of the Earth includes.
The above is for "Earl M. Aagaard' of your dubious petition.
Let's add to this Dan, of all those signers, whom among them are actually involved in the science of climate? Add to that, whom among them is actually involved in anything related to climate?
Let's check on this guy: Larry D. Agenbroad, PhD
http://www.actionbioscience.org/biotech/agenbroad.html
"Mammoths: Resurrecting Extinct Megafauna"
This PhD wants to clone the Mammoth. The website I show states his position. He has nothing whatever to do with climate. The premise he's working is also so controversial it would be more wise to distance oneself from this maniacal man and that premise.
Try looking into others who have studied this petition:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historical_temperature_record
http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/cif-green/2009/mar/09/denial-climate-change-psychology
I don't expect you to actually study my links. I do yours, but I bait you openly that you will deny all of the transparently presented evidence and facts my links present. You are again baited to deny that my links are transparent, offering all and every resource you need to research them, find sources, see scientific graphs of scientifically reviewed data and so on.
The most important fact of all is that your petition and supporting articles had no peer review. OK, I grant that a petition is clearly not meant to have a peer review, but the articles supporting it are. Of one in the Wiki review of the petition, the clear determination is that the Academy of Science did not support the premise nor method of the petition as was implied. Using a cite reference identical to the Academy of Science the petition supporters tried to foist the premise off as being peer reviewed for method. A total lie. |
